Dear Parent(s) and Guardian(s):

We have been very pleased with our opening for the 2020-2021 school year thus far.  Our students are enjoying being back to school and the normalcy that comes with it.  Likewise, our faculty and staff have welcomed our students enthusiastically.  That said, we are looking to take the next step forward with providing our students with the support that they are accustomed to.

Our CROP program has received back surveys from many of our parents, so thank you.  We are looking to pilot an abbreviated program starting on Monday, November 2, 2020.  The shortened program will be:

  • In-person
  • From 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m
  • Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
  • Regrettably due to COVID-19, NO BUSING will be provided
  • ONLY parent pick-up

Students will be cohorted in pods: (K-1), (3-4), and (5-7) based on the enrollment data and surveys received.

If you requested kits and/or virtual partner programming to be sent home, we will be fulfilling those requests as well.  Kits will be sent home monthly based on a theme.  Attendance data will be collected from a mandatory checklist within the kit contents that will be sent back to school.  Should you have any questions, please contact Ms. Jennifer Finkle, Andes CROP Coordinator.
